All these elements are currently disconnected from each other.<\/p>\n At the same time, we detect a lack of legibility of the urban access to the pavilion, which makes the pavilion and all its equipment hidden.<\/p>\n Our proposal understands all these elements as valuable resources existing on the site and therefore the planning proposal maintains them in their entirety. The development proposal introduces a new promenade that acts as a connector for all the existing elements, articulates them and gives them continuity. It also dignifies access to the Blue Pavilion. At the same time, it is the element that organizes the new spaces introduced such as the outdoor basketball court, the children’s games or the cafeteria terrace.<\/p>\n The promenade is the new Alhora, detectem una manca de llegibilitat de l’acc\u00e9s urb\u00e0 cap al pavell\u00f3 fet que fa que el pavell\u00f3 i tot el seu equipament quedi amagat.<\/p>\n El Passeig: conservador i articulador de les preexist\u00e8ncies amb els nous usos<\/strong> El passeig que proposem \u00e9s un espai pensat pels vianants, dotat d\u2019una l\u00ednia arbrada que proporciona ombra a l\u2019estiu a tot el recorregut. Dins l\u2019\u00e0mbit, delimita tamb\u00e9 l\u2019espai de pas dels vehicles. \u00c9s la nova espina dorsal d’aquest \u00e0mbit i li donar\u00e0 una identitat renovada.<\/p>\n El Passeig: nova tra\u00e7a d\u2019escala urbana<\/strong> Tots els recorreguts proposats son accessibles, delimitats per elements constructius i proteccions enfront les caigudes integrades dins els espais de vegetaci\u00f3, i el mobiliari urb\u00e0 disposa de bancs adaptats.<\/p>\n Materials naturals i reciclats<\/strong> A recer del bosc i sotacobert<\/strong> La pista de basquet coberta<\/em> La coberta es planteja senzilla amb encavallades met\u00e0l\u00b7liques i xapa plegada. Es proposen dos possibles \u00e0mbits de millora de les condicions d\u2019\u00fas de l\u2019espai: Les millores proposades implicarien un lleuger increment de la inversi\u00f3 prevista.<\/p>\n Introducci\u00f3 d\u2019ecosistemes aut\u00f2ctons<\/strong> Es plantegen les alineacions al passeig principal amb pl\u00e0tans (Platanus x acerifolia) i una base d\u2019arbustos arom\u00e0tics: roman\u00ed (Rosmarinus officinalis \u2013 arbust de port baix, a la vora passeig) i teucri blau (Teucrium fruticans – arbust de port mitj\u00e0-gran, com a protecci\u00f3 del vial).<\/p>\n Als diversos espais proposats de bosc mediterrani, que recupera el bosc aciculifoli del territori navassenc, hi trobem freixes de fulla petita (Fraxinus angustifolia), oms (Ulmus minor) i roures martinencs (Quercus pubescens). A la zona del bosc central on s\u2019hi emplacen els nous jocs infantils el sotabosc proposat \u00e9s un prat sec de gram\u00ednies aut\u00f2ctones: fen\u00e0s de marge i llist\u00f3 (Brachypodium retusum i Brachypodium phoenicoides), a la resta d\u2019\u00e0mbits s\u2019introdueix un estrat arbustiu composat per timonedes (Thymus vulgaris), roman\u00ed (Rosmarinus officinalis) i esbarzers (Rubus ulmifolius).<\/p>\n Les \u00e0rees d\u2019aparcament gaudiran d\u2019ombra amb una plantaci\u00f3 de moreres sense fruit (Morus alba \u2018fruitless\u2019), que tamb\u00e9 es recomana plantar al per\u00edmetre dels carrers Pau Casals i Ali Bei, seguint la plantaci\u00f3 existent incompleta.<\/p>\n A l\u2019\u00e0mbit del futur institut, s\u2019ha diferenciat entre l\u2019\u00e0mbit previst de construcci\u00f3 de l\u2019equipament i l\u2019\u00e0mbit de parcel\u00b7la que romandr\u00e0 lliure, amb diferents nivells de plantaci\u00f3 al \u201cbosc del pati del futur institut\u201d on es proposen unes pinedes (Pinus halepensis) de reforestaci\u00f3 amb brolles de roman\u00ed (Rosmarinus officinalis) i llentiscle (Pistacia lentiscus), juntament amb una hidrosembra de gram\u00ednies aut\u00f2ctones aptes per l\u2019estabilitzaci\u00f3 de talussos, que amb una m\u00ednima intervenci\u00f3 inicial i sense reg posterior, permeten dotar de verd aquests espais.<\/p>\n Construcci\u00f3 m\u00ednima, resultats m\u00e0xims<\/strong> Aquest recurs permet, a la vegada, amortitzar les inversions realitzades fins al moment a aquest \u00e0mbit i optimitzar la inversi\u00f3 per la nova urbanitzaci\u00f3, invertint on \u00e9s estrictament necessari.<\/p>\n Execuci\u00f3 de les diferents actuacions<\/strong> El reaprofitament dels paviments de que disposa l\u2019\u00e0mbit i la resoluci\u00f3 de la proposta amb pocs materials permet una execuci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida i senzilla.<\/p>\n Compatibilitat amb usos futurs<\/strong> A l\u2019\u00e0mbit destinat al futur equipament docent i a tot el per\u00edmetre amb els carrers Pau Casals i Ali Bei, es proposa la opci\u00f3 de pavimentaci\u00f3 d\u2019una vorera amb panots, al llarg de la qual es reubicarien els bancs existents, acompanyada d\u2019una nova plantaci\u00f3 que completa els arbres existents<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.23.1″ _module_preset=”default” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n The detailed reading of the current area of the pavilion allows us to identify numerous pre-existences of different nature: All these elements are currently disconnected from each other. Within the scope, it also delimits the passage space for vehicles. It is proposed to generate the first two levels of benches with prefabricated concrete benches that will contain the current ground, and with the possibility of expanding them up to 5 rows and including stairs that would communicate with the upper level, as an improvement to the initial proposal.<\/p>\n The roof is simple with metal trusses and folded sheet metal. La lectura detallada de l’actual \u00e0mbit del pavell\u00f3 ens permet identificar nombroses preexist\u00e8ncies de diferent car\u00e0cter:
– \u00e0mbits pavimentats amb diferents materials
– \u00e0rees esportives amb diferents graus d’urbanitzaci\u00f3 (pistes de petanca, zona d’skate, espai per practicar futbol)
– vegetaci\u00f3 de diversa entitat (2 exemplars catalogats)
– antics camins
– camins espontanis creats pels recorreguts dels habitants<\/p>\n
Els elements preexistents s\u2019entenen com a recursos de valor existents al lloc i, per tant, es mantenen en la seva totalitat. La proposta d’urbanitzaci\u00f3, per tant, s\u2019organitza amb la introducci\u00f3 d\u2019un nou passeig que fa de connector de tots els elements existents, els articula i els dona continu\u00eftat. Tamb\u00e9 dignifica l\u2019acc\u00e9s al Pavell\u00f3 Blau. Alhora, \u00e9s l\u2019element que ordena els nous espais introdu\u00efts com la pista coberta de basquet, els jocs infantils o la terrassa de la cafeteria, i millora les connexions als \u00e0mbits de la pista d\u2019skate i de la pista de petanca.<\/p>\n
A escala urbana, el passeig connecta amb els camins i carrers existents que arriben, convertint-se en una tra\u00e7a de dos nous itineraris:
– l\u2019itinerari saludable: \u00e9s un recorregut circular que transcorre per les avingudes i espais lliures p\u00fablics de Nav\u00e0s, connectant tots els equipaments esportius de la vila peatonalment. Longitud: 2,5km.
– l\u2019itinerari c\u00edvic: \u00e9s un recorregut lineal que passa pel centre de la vila i que connecta equipaments culturals i educatius. Longitud: 0,8km.<\/p>\n
Els camins i espais proposats son, en la seva major part, espais permeables i drenants. Els camins de circulaci\u00f3 interiors es resolen amb saul\u00f3 estabilitzat amb cal\u00e7, permetent el drenatge natural de l\u2019aigua cap al terreny, i l\u2019espai del passeig principal, que connecta amb l\u2019\u00e0mbit urb\u00e0 i amb el paviment existent d\u2019acc\u00e9s al Pavell\u00f3 Blau es construeix amb ecoformig\u00f3 rentat d\u2019\u00e0rid 100% reciclat, de coloracions variades, amb evacuaci\u00f3 de l\u2019aigua de pluja cap a un sistema de drenatge sostenible basat en la natura, on s\u2019infiltrar\u00e0 l\u2019aigua cap a les plantacions de pl\u00e0tans, romanins i teucris blaus. Es mant\u00e9 el paviment de l\u2019entorn del Pavell\u00f3 per al seu \u00fas viari, incorporant-hi senyalitzacions integrades per als aparcaments de cotxes i autocaravanes.<\/p>\n
Els espais d\u2019estada i de passeig disposen de vegetaci\u00f3 d\u2019estrat arbori i arbustiu, permetent una correcta regulaci\u00f3 de la humitat i la temperatura. Aquesta vegetaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 dona protecci\u00f3 al vent al nou espai esportiu exterior millorant les condicions ambientals que li proporciona la coberta que el protegeix del sol i la pluja.<\/p>\n
S\u2019aprofita el desnivell existent a l\u2019\u00e0mbit per acostar-hi l\u2019espai que es destinar\u00e0 a pista de basquet exterior, permetent aix\u00ed convertir el tal\u00fas en grades. Es proposa generar els dos primers nivells de bancades amb bancs prefabricats de formig\u00f3 que contindran les terres actuals, i amb la possibilitat d\u2019ampliar-les fins a 5 files i incloure-hi unes escales que comunicarien amb la cota superior, com a millora a la proposta inicial.<\/p>\n
– Un espai de fa\u00e7ana cap al nou passeig, amb una segona alineaci\u00f3 de pilars i on tamb\u00e9 podrien empla\u00e7ar-s\u2019hi vestuaris, espais d\u2019emmagatzematge de la pista i, a la cota superior, miradors cap a la pista i cap al parc.
– Un volad\u00eds que cobriria l\u2019extensi\u00f3 de les grades proposades.<\/p>\n
Totes les plantacions proposades responen a les d\u2019esp\u00e8cies end\u00e8miques del lloc i a la millora de les condicions clim\u00e0tiques que generaran, ja sigui com espais d\u2019ombra o protecci\u00f3 al vent. Alhora, s\u2019han elegit esp\u00e8cies de baix manteniment i baixos requeriments h\u00eddrics que permetran un increment de la biodiversitat d\u2019una manera sostenible i durable.<\/p>\n
El sistema d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 que proposem evita la generaci\u00f3 de residus d\u2019enderroc, aprofita al m\u00e0xim les condicions topogr\u00e0fiques i de qualitat dels sols de l\u2019\u00e0mbit (mai urbanitzat), conserva la totalitat d\u2019arbres existents i recicla els elements constructius ja presents dins la mateixa obra, permetent reduir substancialment el consum d\u2019energia derivada del proc\u00e9s de construcci\u00f3.<\/p>\n
La proposta d\u2019integraci\u00f3 dels paviments i elements existents a l\u2019actualitat dins la proposta permet l\u2019execuci\u00f3 dels treballs sense interferir en l\u2019\u00fas dels diferents \u00e0mbits de forma progressiva, incl\u00fas amb la possibilitat de realitzaci\u00f3 de la intervenci\u00f3 en fases.<\/p>\n
La ubicaci\u00f3 del passeig principal i de la nova pista exterior es plantegen tenint en compte la relaci\u00f3 futura amb el nou equipament, aix\u00ed com les connexions que s\u2019establiran entre els dos nivells topogr\u00e0fics.<\/p>\n

The paths and spaces proposed are, for the most part, permeable and draining spaces. The internal circulation paths are solved with sand stabilized with lime, allowing the natural drainage of water towards the land, and the space of the main promenade, which connects with the urban area and with the existing pavement of access to the Pavilion Blau is built with ecoconcrete washed from 100% recycled aggregate, of various colors, with rainwater evacuation into a sustainable drainage system based on nature, where the water will infiltrate into the banana plantations , rosemary and blue chervil. The pavement around the Pavilion is maintained for road use, incorporating integrated signage for car and motorhome parking lots.
The intervention system we propose avoids the generation of demolition waste, makes the most of the topographic conditions and soil quality of the area (never urbanized), preserves all the existing trees and recycles the construction elements already present within the work itself, allowing the energy consumption derived from the construction process to be substantially reduced.<\/p>\n
The living and walking spaces have tree and shrub layer vegetation, allowing correct regulation of humidity and temperature. This vegetation also provides wind protection to the new outdoor sports space, improving the environmental conditions provided by the cover that protects it from the sun and rain.<\/p>\n
– A facade space towards the new promenade, with a second alignment of pillars and where changing rooms, track storage spaces and, on the upper level, viewpoints towards the track and towards the park could also be located .
– An overhang that would cover the extension of the proposed stands.<\/p>\n
All the proposed plantings respond to those of species endemic to the site and to the improvement of the climatic conditions they will generate, either as areas of shade or protection from the wind. At the same time, species with low maintenance and low water requirements that will allow an increase in biodiversity in a sustainable and durable way have been chosen.<\/p>\n
