Residential architecture and new ways of living

Our housing projects -ranging from new single-family and collective construction to conscious rehabilitation- seek to build a balanced relationship between interior space, thermal comfort and the place where they are located. Focused on a contemporary vision of Mediterranean residential architecture, we design flexible and efficient spaces that integrate passive house criteria, both in Mallorca and Barcelona, through an honest reading of the climate, materiality and the immediate environment.
